- Jaggery
- Puncturevine
- Fire flame bush
Dose
Sandu Gokharu Kadha should be consumed after consulting an expert. Generally, the below steps should be followed to have this.
- Have this 2-3 times a day
- Drink 4-6 tablespoon of the tonic a day
- Drink the health supplement before having food, in empty stomach
- Mix equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic before consumption
